This Refund Policy explains the terms governing payments made for our Premium Membership and other paid services. By purchasing a Premium Membership or any paid service through our website, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Premium Membership

NexGen Hiring offers a Premium Membership that provides access to exclusive features, including:

  • HR Contact Details
  • Direct Apply Links
  • Premium Job Listings
  • Exclusive Hiring Resources
  • Member-only Features

The membership fee is charged solely for access to these premium services and does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, or placement.

2. Refund Eligibility

Since Premium Membership provides immediate access to digital content and premium features after successful payment, all membership purchases are generally non-refundable.

However, a refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same membership.
  • Payment was successfully deducted but Premium Membership was not activated due to a verified technical issue on our platform.
  • Incorrect amount charged because of a system error.
  • Other exceptional cases reviewed and approved by the NexGen Hiring support team.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchasing the membership.
  • Failure to obtain a job, interview, or employment.
  • Dissatisfaction with an employer’s recruitment process.
  • Inability to use the membership due to personal reasons.
  • Incorrect information entered by the user during registration.
  • Failure to read the membership features before purchasing.
  • Suspension or termination of an account due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.

4. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 7 days of the payment date.

Your request should include:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email Address
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Transaction ID or Payment Reference Number
  • Date of Payment
  • Reason for the Refund Request
  • Any relevant screenshots or supporting documents

5. Refund Review Process

After receiving your request, our team will review the details and verify the payment information. We may contact you if additional information is required.

You can expect an initial response within 3–5 business days. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or payment gateway.

7. Payment Gateway Charges

Any payment gateway processing charges, banking fees, or other third-party transaction charges that are non-refundable may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.

8. Cancellation Policy

Users may choose not to renew their Premium Membership after its validity period expires. Unless specifically mentioned during purchase, Premium Membership does not automatically renew.

If automatic renewal is introduced in the future, users will be informed in advance and provided with an option to manage or cancel renewal according to the applicable terms.

9. Fraudulent Transactions

NexGen Hiring reserves the right to refuse refunds where there is evidence of:

  • Fraudulent payment activity.
  • Misuse of Premium Membership.
  • Abuse of refund requests.
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions.
