Roles & Responsibilities

Candidates will analyse business and customer-interaction data and build advanced analytical solutions using machine learning, NLP and Generative AI. Responsibilities may include data preparation, feature engineering, modelling, model evaluation and communicating insights to business stakeholders.

The role may involve healthcare and contact-centre analytics and require collaboration with data scientists, consultants and client teams.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science or a related quantitative discipline with relevant experience, or
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or another quantitative field with appropriate professional experience.
• Approximately 1–4 years of relevant analytics or data-science experience may be suitable.
• Healthcare analytics experience can be valuable.
