Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop custom software components using modern frameworks and agile practices.
• Build agentic AI applications using LLM tooling, RAG pipelines, vector search and AI APIs.
• Implement agents, tools, prompts, planners, memory and evaluation workflows.
• Develop clean, testable code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings and indexing.
• Integrate vector databases and add observability and guardrails.
• Connect applications with enterprise APIs, event streams and data sources.
• Implement error handling, retries and fallback mechanisms.
• Develop unit and integration tests and support evaluation workflows.
• Prototype solutions rapidly and communicate technical trade-offs to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of Java Full Stack Development experience.
• Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases and AI APIs.
• Experience building end-to-end applications.
