Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead PLM and ALM transformation initiatives.
• Gather business and engineering requirements.
• Design future-state processes and operating models.
• Guide platform-selection and implementation decisions.
• Work with Teamcenter, Windchill or related suites.
• Coordinate business, architecture and delivery teams.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and recommendations.
• Identify process-standardisation opportunities.
• Support change management and platform adoption.
• Present proposals to technical and business leaders.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Minimum six years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of at least one PLM platform.
• Experience with requirements and process design.
• Ability to guide complex implementation programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
