Roles & Responsibilities

• Define testing strategies for AI-enabled applications.
• Validate RAG pipelines and generated responses.
• Assess model accuracy, safety and reliability.
• Develop automated AI-quality test frameworks.
• Test prompts, retrieval results and model behaviour.
• Identify hallucination, bias and security risks.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists.
• Track defects and recommend corrective measures.
• Support production-readiness and release decisions.
• Maintain AI-testing standards and documentation.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Relevant quality-engineering or AI-testing experience.
• Understanding of generative AI and RAG architecture.
• Experience with automated testing and programming.
• Knowledge of model evaluation and responsible AI.
• Strong analytical and documentation capabilities.
