Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise LAN and data-centre networks.
• Perform first-line incident triage.
• Investigate alerts affecting switches and connectivity.
• Create and update operational support tickets.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant engineering teams.
• Follow incident, problem and change processes.
• Support stable and observable network services.
• Maintain troubleshooting and resolution documentation.
• Contribute to automation-ready operational practices.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and service-management teams.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Three to four years of relevant network-support experience.
• Knowledge of campus, branch and data-centre networking.
• Comfortable working in rotational operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-management abilities.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
