Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary according to the position and experience level. Relevant activities may include:

• Perform Cash Reconciliation and Position Reconciliation activities within Investment Banking operations.
• Review and reconcile cash balances and investment positions.
• Identify and investigate reconciliation discrepancies.
• Support reconciliation activities involving Fixed Income or Derivatives products.
• Analyze transaction and position differences within investment operations.
• Coordinate the resolution of reconciliation breaks.
• Maintain accurate reconciliation records and operational reporting.
• Support the timely completion of assigned investment operations activities.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for SPE-level positions.
• Higher-level positions require 4+, 7+, 9+ or 12+ years of experience, depending on designation.
• Hands-on experience in Cash Reconciliation and Position Reconciliation is mandatory.
• Relevant knowledge of Fixed Income or Derivatives products is required.
• Candidates must have an Investment Banking or Investment Operations background.
• Applicants must be comfortable working in a US Shift.
• Candidates must have a notice period of 30–60 days.
• Outstation candidates are eligible for virtual interviews.
• Team Manager applicants must hold an Assistant Manager designation on paper.
• Senior Delivery Manager applicants must hold a Manager designation on paper.
