📍 Choose Your Work Style:
- Remote Support: Handle high-volume customer chats, texts, and phone calls.
- Office Desk Support: Analyze and fix complex, deep-level customer issues.
- Center Support: Work face-to-face with customers at our walk-in repair and return hubs.
📝 What You Will Do Every Day:
- Answer everyday customer questions quickly and politely.
- Connect with the warehouse and shipping teams to track customer orders.
- Solve routine complaints independently using standard office tools.
- Suggest ideas to improve our daily customer service steps.
🎓 Who Can Apply?
- Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree holder.
- Experience: Basic knowledge of customer support tools and office procedures.
- Skills: Good communication, basic tech skills, and a helpful attitude.
- Supervision: Comfortable working with moderate guidance from a team leader.
