Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure AEP schemas, datasets and identities

• Build unified customer profiles and segments

• Develop batch and streaming ingestion pipelines

• Implement ETL and ELT integrations

• Create API-based audiences through RT-CDP

• Build event-driven customer journeys in AJO

• Configure eligibility and decision rules

• Monitor and optimize AEP data flows

• Maintain data governance and regulatory compliance

• Document and automate platform configurations

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Four or more years of relevant experience

• Strong customer-data-platform knowledge

• Experience working with modern data-engineering practices

• Ability to collaborate with technical and marketing teams

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
