Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions professionally, understand customer queries and provide appropriate assistance, follow service guidelines and internal processes, maintain accurate customer-interaction records, support resolution of customer concerns, communicate clearly and professionally, work with internal teams where required, and develop strong customer-service, problem-solving and communication capabilities throughout the apprenticeship.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s degree.
• Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
• Candidates with up to 11 months of total work experience are also eligible.
• The gap between graduation and joining should not exceed 5 years.
• Candidates should not have previously enrolled in any Government Apprenticeship Program.
• Applicants should be comfortable working in a professional customer-service environment.
