Roles and Responsibilities

Review and process fraud, chargeback and transaction-dispute cases, investigate potentially suspicious banking activities, examine card and cheque fraud cases, support AML and transaction-monitoring procedures, maintain accurate case records, follow compliance requirements, identify financial risks and escalate suspicious activities when required.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Minimum six months of international banking back-office experience
• International back-office experience is mandatory
• Knowledge of fraud and chargeback operations
• Understanding of AML and transaction monitoring
• Familiarity with Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR)
• Knowledge of card fraud and cheque fraud investigations
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Immediate joiners are preferred
