Roles & Responsibilities

Handle international customer calls and provide exceptional service, resolve customer queries related to products and services in a timely manner, maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software, collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes, and meet performance targets set by the organization.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in any International Voice Process
• Inbound Calling experience only
• Freshers are not eligible
• Domestic experience is not eligible
• Willingness to work in rotational night shifts
• Comfortable working 5 days a week
• Willing to work with 2 rotational weekly offs
• Comfortable with a Work From Office role
