Roles & Responsibilities

Handle international customer calls and provide exceptional service, resolve customer queries related to products and services in a timely manner, maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software, collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes, and achieve performance targets set by the organization.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Comfortable working in night/rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners only
• Work From Office
• Graduation is not required
• Freshers are not eligible
