Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug and document technology projects.
• Lead moderately complex technical initiatives and deliverables.
• Improve reliability, resiliency, observability and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot large-scale distributed production systems.
• Develop automation using Python, Bash or PowerShell.
• Build reliability tooling using APIs and Git-based workflows.
• Work with observability and monitoring platforms.
• Support incident, problem and change management activities.
• Contribute to capacity management, performance engineering and resiliency design.
• Work with engineering teams and provide technical guidance to less experienced staff.
• Support hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
• Help address technical debt in critical legacy platforms.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent experience, training, military experience or education.
• Experience in Systems Operations, SRE, Platform Engineering or Production Support is preferred.
• Strong understanding of reliability engineering practices is preferred.
