Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customers through the assigned Voice Customer Support process.

• Maintain expected communication standards during customer interactions.
• Work according to assigned rotational night-shift schedules.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Intermediate / 12th-pass candidates are eligible.
• Graduates from any stream can apply.
• Graduation is not mandatory.

• Candidates with 6+ months to 18 months of experience can apply.
