Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customers through the assigned International Voice Process.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate support.
• Communicate professionally with customers through voice interactions.
• Maintain clear verbal English communication throughout customer conversations.
• Handle customer-service requirements according to the assigned international process.
• Use basic computer systems while managing applicable customer interactions.
• Maintain professional communication and customer-handling standards.
• Work according to assigned rotational and night shifts.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• 12th-pass candidates are eligible.
• Diploma holders can apply.
• Graduates can apply.
• Graduation is not mandatory.
• Good verbal English communication skills are required.
• Good written English communication skills are required.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
