Qualifications & Eligibility

• Minimum 12 months of International Chat Support experience is mandatory.
• Freshers are not eligible for this opening.
• Graduation is not mandatory.
• Candidates must have excellent written communication skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are also required.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with good accuracy is required.
• Candidates must be capable of handling dual chat concurrency.
• Strong customer-handling and multitasking abilities are required.
• Applicants must be comfortable working in rotational / 24×7 shifts.
