Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions for the US First Party Collections process.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments and account-related queries.
• Conduct collection-related conversations professionally.
• Provide relevant payment information and follow-up support.
• Apply International Voice Process experience to customer interactions.
• Follow the operational requirements of the assigned collections process.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience is mandatory.
• Both graduates and undergraduates are eligible to apply.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Candidates should be comfortable handling US customer interactions.
• Applicants must be willing to work in US rotational shifts.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the Noida Sector 60 office.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
