Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage activities associated with the Record to Report (R2R) process.
• Handle General Ledger (GL) accounting activities.
• Perform month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
• Process journal entries and accruals as part of accounting operations.
• Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliation activities.
• Support financial reporting requirements.
• Perform financial variance analysis as part of the reporting process.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Candidates must have 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Record to Report (R2R) process is required.
• Practical experience in General Ledger accounting is required.
• Candidates should have experience in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries and accruals is required.
• Experience in intercompany accounting and reconciliations is required.
• Candidates should have exposure to financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Applicants must be comfortable working in a UK Shift.
• Candidates with a notice period of immediate joining to 30 days are eligible.
