Roles and Responsibilities

Handle US credit-card collection accounts, communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments, understand financial concerns, negotiate suitable payment arrangements, update account and interaction records, follow applicable collection and compliance guidelines, meet productivity and recovery targets and maintain professional communication throughout every interaction.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Minimum six months of US Debt Collections experience
• Graduates and undergraduates can apply
• Strong spoken English communication skills
• Good negotiation and customer-handling abilities
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Able to work from the Noida office
• Familiarity with US banking or credit-card collections is required

Salary and Benefits

• In-hand salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month for experienced candidates
