Qualifications & Eligibility

• Minimum 6 months of Chat Process experience is mandatory.
• Both undergraduates and graduates are eligible to apply.
• Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience handling customer queries through chat support is required.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the Gurugram location.
• Applicants must be comfortable with 5 working days and 2 rotational weekly offs.
