About the Role

Selected candidates will assist UK-based customers through chat regarding logistics-related queries. The role requires strong written communication, accurate information handling and professional customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through chat, assist with shipment and logistics-related concerns, provide accurate status updates and appropriate resolutions, document customer interactions, coordinate with relevant teams, follow process and quality guidelines, manage multiple conversations when required and work toward customer-satisfaction and productivity targets.

Eligibility and Qualifications

Graduate candidates:

• Graduate freshers can apply
• Excellent English communication skills are required

Undergraduate candidates:

• Minimum six months of voice-process experience is required

General requirements:

• Strong written English communication
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working rotational schedules
• Able to work from the Noida office

Salary Details

• In-hand salary: ₹20,000–₹24,000 per month
• Final salary will depend on relevant experience and selection outcome

Work Schedule and Cab Facility
