Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customers through the assigned blended support process.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Identify relevant upselling opportunities during customer interactions.
• Explain suitable products, services or additional offerings clearly.
• Maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions.
• Support customer requirements while working toward applicable upselling objectives.
• Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain required customer-service and communication standards.
• Follow defined process guidelines during customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate information related to assigned customer interactions.
• Work according to assigned rotational shifts and weekly offs.
• Support applicable customer-service and upselling performance requirements.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Candidates must be graduates.
• Minimum 1 year of Customer Support or Upselling experience is required.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Candidates should have relevant customer-handling experience.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in a blended process.
• Applicants should be comfortable working rotational shifts.
• Candidates must be comfortable with rotational weekly offs.
• Immediate joining availability is mandatory.
• Candidates serving a notice period are not eligible as per the provided requirement.
