Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer-support requirements for the assigned Google Ads process.
• Support customers through the applicable blended support channels.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with international customers.
• Apply previous International Customer Voice Support experience while handling customer interactions.
• Work according to assigned rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Candidates must be graduates.
• Degree or Provisional Certificate is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant International Customer Voice Support experience is required.
• C1-level English communication skills are required.
• Candidates must be available to join immediately.
• Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts.
• Candidates should be comfortable with rotational week-offs.
• Candidates must not have any UAN overlap.
• Rehire candidates are not eligible.
• Candidates with Content Moderation experience are not eligible as per the provided hiring requirements.
