Roles & Responsibilities

• Support customers or advertisers with Google Ads-related queries.
• Assist with Google Ads account and campaign-related concerns.
• Understand advertiser requirements and provide appropriate support.
• Troubleshoot common advertising-platform issues according to process guidelines.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Support resolution of campaign, account or advertising-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Follow applicable process, quality and compliance guidelines.
• Escalate complex Google Ads issues when required.
• Maintain required productivity and service-quality standards.
• Work according to assigned rotational shifts and weekly offs.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Degree or Provisional Certificate is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant Google Ads Support experience is required.
• Candidates must be available for immediate joining.
• Relocation candidates will not be considered.
• Candidates must already be available for the applicable Gurugram or Hyderabad location.
• Candidates with UAN overlap are not eligible as per the stated hiring criteria.
• Former employees / rehire candidates will not be considered.
• Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts.
• Candidates should be comfortable with rotational weekly offs.
