Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers or advertisers regarding Google Ads-related queries
• Assist with Google Ads account, campaign and advertising-related concerns
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Troubleshoot issues related to Google Ads products and services
• Guide customers regarding advertising processes, policies and platform features
• Maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions
• Provide accurate information and resolutions within defined timelines
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Maintain required quality and productivity standards
• Follow process guidelines and applicable advertising policies
• Document customer interactions and case details accurately
• Work effectively in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of relevant Google Ads Support experience
• Graduation is mandatory
• Degree / Provisional Certificate is mandatory
• Candidates must be immediate joiners
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of Google Ads and digital advertising support
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Comfortable with rotational weekly offs
• No UAN overlap
• Candidates with Content Moderation experience are not eligible
• Previous employees who are marked as non-rehire are not eligible
