Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer-support requirements for the assigned Google process.
• Manage customer interactions through the assigned International Voice Support process.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with international customers.
• Apply previous International Voice Customer Support experience while handling customer interactions.
• Work according to assigned rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of International Voice Customer Support experience is mandatory.
• Candidates must be graduates.
• Degree or Provisional Certificate is mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Only immediate joiners are eligible.
• Candidates should already be available in the required hiring location, as relocation is not allowed.
• Candidates must not have any UAN overlap.
• Rehire candidates are not eligible.
• Candidates must be comfortable working rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
