• Follow defined customer-service and process guidelines
• Maintain quality and productivity standards
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team

• Maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions
• Work effectively during assigned day or UK shifts

Qualifications & Eligibility
