Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and support requests from international customers through assigned non-voice channels. Resolve queries related to accounts, billing, subscriptions, and general support while providing accurate and timely resolutions. Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards, document interactions accurately in CRM systems, follow process and compliance guidelines, and achieve performance metrics such as Quality Score, CSAT, AHT, and productivity.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Non-Voice, Email Support, Customer Support, Customer Service, or Technical Support.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Good listening, probing, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle escalations professionally.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• BPO/Call Center/Contact Center experience is preferred.
• Education: High School / Intermediate / Graduate – Any Stream.
