About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through voice calls, understand customer requirements, provide accurate assistance, resolve concerns professionally, maintain appropriate interaction records, follow banking-process and quality guidelines and deliver a positive customer experience.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- At least two years of customer-support voice experience
- Excellent spoken English communication
- Notice period between zero and 30 days
- Comfortable working rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
