Roles & Responsibilities

Handle international customer interactions through voice calls, understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions, maintain professional and effective communication throughout customer conversations, follow process guidelines and quality standards, document customer interactions accurately, coordinate with internal teams whenever escalation is required, and deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance and productivity expectations.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Any Graduate can apply.
• Freshers as well as candidates with 1–3 years of experience are eligible.
• Candidates should have all educational marksheets and certificates available.
• Excellent verbal English communication skills are required.
• Candidates should currently be based in Kolkata.
