Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through the assigned International Voice Process.
• Communicate with customers through voice-based support.

• Follow the requirements of the assigned international customer-support process.
• Maintain expected customer-service and communication standards.
• Work according to assigned night-shift schedules.
• Support customers according to applicable process requirements.
