Roles & Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end Order to Cash and billing activities, prepare and process customer invoices accurately, verify billing information and supporting documentation, ensure invoices are generated within agreed timelines, resolve billing discrepancies and customer-account issues, coordinate with internal finance, sales and customer-service teams, maintain accurate transaction and billing records, support reconciliation of customer accounts, monitor pending billing activities and exceptions, follow finance controls and standard operating procedures, and help ensure overall accuracy and efficiency across the OTC process.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Candidates should have 1–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Practical experience in OTC Billing / Order to Cash is required.
• Eligible qualifications include:

  • M.Com
  • BBA
  • MBA
• Candidates should have strong knowledge of billing and finance-process operations.
• Applicants must be comfortable working in all rotational shifts.
• Night-shift flexibility is mandatory for this finance hiring requirement.
