Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) activities.
• Handle customer invoicing and ensure accurate invoice processing.
• Perform cash application activities and payment processing.
• Manage accounts receivable operations and payment follow-ups.
• Identify and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments and outstanding balances.
• Perform customer account reconciliations.
• Ensure timely collections and accurate transaction processing.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant Order to Cash experience is required.
• Candidates must have experience in Accounts Receivable processes.
• Practical knowledge of Cash Application and Customer Invoicing is required.
• Experience handling account reconciliations and payment follow-ups is required.
• Candidates should have working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Applicants must be comfortable working in an Australian Shift.
• Immediate joiners only are eligible.
• Candidates should be available for the Noida location.
