Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up activities within the US Healthcare RCM process.
• Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and pending payments.
• Review denied claims and support denial management activities.
• Identify claim-related issues and assist with their resolution.
• Interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) documents.
• Support claims management and payment reconciliation activities.
• Manage assigned Accounts Receivable and collections-related tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of claim follow-ups and payment-related activities.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Candidates must have 1.5–3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is required.
• Practical knowledge of AR Follow-up and Denial Management is expected.
• Candidates should have experience in Claims Management.
• Understanding of EOB and ERA interpretation is required.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Collections is essential.
• Applicants must be comfortable working in a US Shift.
• Candidates should be willing to work from the Noida office.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
