• Coordinate with support, engineering and account teams.
• Share implementation standards and leading practices.
• Prepare architecture findings and executive recommendations.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Previous Salesforce experience is mandatory.
• Strong enterprise architecture or technical consulting background.
• Comfortable supporting customers during Americas-aligned hours.
