Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned hiring requirements.
• Partner effectively with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to manage recruitment requirements.
• Support hiring requirements within the Asset Management environment.
• Build recruitment expertise and understanding within the Asset Management domain.
• Manage recruitment activities while maintaining effective stakeholder partnerships.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Candidates should have 2–4 years of recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.
• Recruitment experience within the Asset Management industry is highly preferred.
• Candidates with broader Financial Services or Finance hiring experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Candidates should have experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong hiring-manager and stakeholder-management capabilities are required.
• Applicants should have an interest in learning and developing expertise in Asset Management hiring.
• Candidates must be comfortable with a 6-month contractual assignment.
• Candidates should be comfortable working the 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift.
• The position is based in Gurugram under a hybrid work model.
