Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing through candidate selection, coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle, screen profiles based on role requirements, schedule and manage interviews, maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders, support offer coordination, assist with pre-onboarding and onboarding activities where required, maintain accurate recruitment trackers and hiring records, and help ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Candidates should have 2+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment is required.
• Experience with candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination is important.
• Exposure to pre-onboarding and onboarding processes is preferred.
• Candidates with international hiring experience will have an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills are required.
• Applicants must be comfortable working in a US shift.
• Candidates should be able to manage multiple open positions and hiring priorities simultaneously.
