Roles & Responsibilities

Handle international inbound customer interactions, communicate effectively with customers across international markets, understand and address customer queries professionally, and maintain service quality while working in rotational shifts.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in an International Voice Process
• International Inbound experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Immediate joiners only
• Experience with international markets such as USA, Canada, UK, EMEA, AMER or MENA is relevant
• Semi-Voice / Voice Process experience may be relevant based on the role requirements
