Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner, provide accurate information about products, services and policies, resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards, escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams, maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, follow company policies and quality guidelines, and achieve daily productivity and performance targets.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with chat tools/CRM software
- Willingness to work in night or rotational night shifts
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply, depending on company requirements
- Experienced candidates can apply
- BPO / Customer Support / Chat Process experience is preferred
- Good interpersonal and time-management skills
- Freshers are not eligible
- Candidates from Healthcare, Content Moderation, or Domestic processes are not eligible
