Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle international calls from UK and US customers.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Process customer requests through phone, email and chat channels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates using MS Office tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Escalate customer concerns when required according to process guidelines.
• Work toward defined AHT, SLA and Quality Metrics.
• Handle multiple customer-service tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide customer support according to the assigned Customer Service, Upselling, Technical, Travel or Banking process.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Undergraduates and graduates are eligible to apply.
• Freshers are welcome to apply as stated in the hiring information.
• Candidates with 1 year of Customer Service experience are also eligible.
• Excellent verbal English communication skills are required.
• Strong communication and verbal fluency are mandatory.
• Candidates should have basic computer knowledge.

• Candidates must be comfortable working in a 24×7 environment.
• Flexibility for rotational and night shifts is required.
