Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customers for the assigned Airbnb Customer Support process.
• Manage customer interactions through the International Voice Process.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate support.
• Communicate professionally with customers during voice interactions.
• Follow applicable customer-support and process requirements.
• Maintain required communication and customer-handling standards.
• Work according to assigned rotational shift schedules.
• Support the overall customer experience through effective query handling.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Graduate freshers are eligible to apply.
• Undergraduates require minimum 6 months of International BPO experience.
• Experienced candidates meeting the relevant process requirements can apply.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in an International Voice Process.
