Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customers through the assigned International Voice Process.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions through voice interactions.
• Handle inbound customer-service queries according to process requirements.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Apply effective customer-handling and interpersonal skills during interactions.
• Use appropriate communication and convincing skills while resolving customer concerns.
• Maintain professional English with proper grammar, pronunciation and sentence formation.
• Provide customer support while maintaining expected communication and service standards.

• Intermediate / 12th-pass candidates are eligible.
• Graduates meeting the stated requirements can apply.
