Roles & Responsibilities

• Work within the assigned International Voice Process for the telecom industry.
• Handle customer interactions through the voice support channel.
• Communicate professionally with international customers.
• Apply previous International Voice experience while handling customer interactions.
• Follow assigned rotational shifts and weekly-off schedules.
• Maintain professional communication standards throughout customer interactions.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of International Voice experience is mandatory.
• Both graduates and undergraduates can apply.
• Candidates must have excellent communication skills.
• Applicants with 12–24 months of relevant experience are eligible for the first salary bracket.
• Candidates with more than 24 months of relevant experience are eligible for the higher salary bracket.
• Candidates must be comfortable working rotational shifts and weekly offs.
• Applicants should be available to work from the Noida location.

• After Training: ₹35,000 In-Hand per Month
