Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities will depend on the assigned position and OTC function. Relevant activities may include:

• Handle Order to Cash activities within the assigned finance and accounting process.
• Support cash application activities and payment allocation.
• Manage customer collections and payment follow-ups.
• Perform billing and invoicing-related activities.
• Handle Accounts Receivable operations and account reconciliation.
• Review deductions and support their resolution.
• Investigate billing and payment disputes.
• Support dispute management and resolution activities.
• Maintain accurate records of assigned OTC transactions.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Candidates must have relevant Order to Cash (OTC) experience.
• Process Developer: Minimum 1.6 years of OTC experience.
• Management Trainee: Minimum 3 years of OTC experience.
• Assistant Manager: Minimum 5 years of OTC experience.
• Applicants should have expertise in one or more of the specified OTC functions.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in a US Shift.
• Immediate joiners and candidates with notice periods of up to 60 days are preferred.
• Applicants should be available for the Noida or Lucknow location.
