Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions through the assigned US International Voice Process.
  • Provide voice-based customer support for the assigned Logistics or Healthcare process.
  • Communicate professionally with customers during voice interactions.
  • Apply previous Voice Process experience while handling customer interactions.
  • Follow the operational requirements of the assigned process.

Qualifications & Eligibility

  • Minimum 6 months of Voice Process experience is required.
  • Both graduates and undergraduates can apply.
  • Candidates with relevant customer support experience are eligible.
  • Applicants from Delhi NCR are welcome.
  • Candidates should be available for immediate joining.
  • Candidates must be comfortable with 5 working days and 2 rotational weekly offs.
