About the Role

The selected candidate will interact with customers, understand their concerns and provide appropriate assistance according to the assigned process.

In addition to customer service, the position includes a sales component. Candidates will be expected to identify customers’ requirements and recommend relevant products, services or upgrades without negatively affecting the customer experience.
