Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customers through the assigned Verizon International Voice Process.
• Provide customer service and support during voice interactions.
• Understand customer queries and provide relevant assistance.
• Identify appropriate upselling opportunities during customer interactions.
• Support customer-retention requirements as applicable to the assigned process.
• Maintain required communication standards while handling international customers.
• Work according to the assigned rotational shift schedule.
• Balance customer-service requirements with applicable upselling objectives.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Prior International BPO experience is mandatory.
• Candidates with only domestic BPO experience do not meet the stated experience requirement.
• Undergraduates and graduates are eligible to apply.
• Listed overall experience range is 1–5 years.
• B2H-level communication is required.
• Candidates should have International Voice / BPO experience.
• Applicants must be comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from Noida.
• Both-side cab facility is provided.

Compensation & Benefits

Candidates with 12–17 months of experience:

• ₹28,000 In-Hand during the applicable initial period
• ₹31,000 In-Hand after training

Candidates with 18+ months of experience:

• ₹31,000 In-Hand during the applicable initial period
• ₹35,000 In-Hand after training
