Roles and Responsibilities
Handle US banking customers through voice and chat, understand account-related concerns, provide accurate information and suitable resolutions, assist with routine banking-service queries, document customer interactions, follow data-security and compliance requirements, escalate complex cases and meet quality, productivity and customer-satisfaction targets.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Minimum six months of International BPO experience is mandatory
- Experience in international voice, chat or blended customer support
- Good spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable handling both calls and chats
- Willing to work in 24×7 rotational shifts
- Comfortable with rotational weekly offs
- Able to commute independently because cab service is unavailable
- Willing to work from the Noida office
