About the Role
Selected candidates will handle customer interactions through voice and assigned blended-support channels. Candidates must be comfortable communicating professionally, resolving customer concerns and working in rotational shifts.
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice or blended channels, understand customer concerns, provide accurate information and suitable resolutions, document customer interactions, follow process guidelines, maintain professional communication and work toward customer-satisfaction, productivity and quality targets.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Graduate freshers are eligible
- Completed graduation is mandatory
- Good spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong listening and customer-handling abilities
- Comfortable working rotational and night shifts
- Willing to work from the assigned Hyderabad or Gurugram office
- Candidates requiring relocation will not be considered
Applicants should preferably be based in or near Hyderabad or Gurugram.
Salary and Benefits
- Annual CTC: Approximately ₹3.7 lakh
- Monthly CTC: Approximately ₹31,000
- Cab facility or cab allowance: Up to ₹7,500
- Night-shift allowance: Up to ₹3,500
